Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the AIT project, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and interfaces with the program team.
  • •Develop and maintain AIT work logic, critical path, readiness criteria, and verification approaches in collaboration with System Engineering and Quality.
  • •Plan and manage functional, performance, environmental, and mission-level testing, ensuring verification evidence, anomalies, and results are reviewed and closed.
  • •Define and secure facilities, tooling, test equipment, and ground support equipment; coordinate readiness, test-site interfaces, and launch-site preparation; manage AIT budget and resource plans.
  • •Track AIT schedule and dependencies, identify risks/delays early, lead recovery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, and manage risks, non-conformances, deviations, waivers, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •6+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • •Experience leading AIT/AIV, system integration, verification, or test campaigns.
  • •Proven experience managing complex spacecraft, launch vehicles, aircraft, or other safety-critical hardware projects.
  • •Strong technical background in spacecraft AIT, system engineering, and requirements verification.
