Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics vision, roadmap, and 1–3 year departmental strategy.
  • •Design and run the operating system, including operating rhythms, standards, forecasting/scheduling processes, and department business reviews with dashboard/data mart foundations.
  • •Create scalable rules for shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing allocation that reduce variation and connect operational decisions to cost of revenue and gross margin outcomes.
  • •Lead capacity planning and staffing models across multiple care teams, including new capabilities for Physical Therapy state-based capacity planning with licensure/credential constraints.
  • •Own the analytics and AI transformation agenda for care teams, including predictive models for demand/supply, gross margin impact modeling, and integration of AI/ML into dashboards and decision tools.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of relevant leadership experience in healthcare operations, care delivery operations, workforce management, or analytics (Director-equivalent level), with a bachelor’s degree (or roughly 12+ with a master’s, 10+ with a PhD).
  • •Deep experience with capacity planning, workforce staffing operations, and care team analytics, including measurable improvements in cost of revenue, gross margin, and cost-to-serve.
  • •Experience leading AI-enabled or highly automated operations/analytics functions (e.g., predictive modeling, AI-supported dashboards, workflow automation) in healthcare or similarly regulated domains.
  • •Strong financial and analytical acumen, including cost-of-revenue analysis, capacity modeling, credential-related risk assessment, and ROI tracking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence across levels and lead significant cross-functional organizational change.
