Key Responsibilities

  • •Review military service records, identify sensitive information, and redact accurately for disclosure.
  • •Liaise with military service personnel and external stakeholders to progress cases.
  • •Update the case management system with accurate, timely information to track case progress.
  • •Follow up on outstanding documents, instructions, and actions to keep cases on track.
  • •Manage diary systems and support Compensation Recovery Unit (CRU) and key administrative tasks (MI, file closures, transfers).
