Key Responsibilities

  • •Review assigned task cards with the Maintenance Manager to understand scope, priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions before starting work.
  • •Prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance per task cards, ensuring required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE are obtained and used correctly.
  • •Carry out aircraft test and inspection tasks to identify and record defects or damage in line with approved maintenance procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot and rectify defects using Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Engineering Department instructions.
  • •Sign off maintenance tasks performed or supervised within your authorization and manage coordination, continuity, and handover with engineers and technicians while ensuring safety and human factors.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold (or have held) an EASA Part 66 or GCAA CAR 66 B1 aircraft maintenance license and company maintenance approvals for Airbus A320/A321 (or similar approvals), with commitment to remove limitations within 9 months of induction.
  • •Ability to obtain an unrestricted GCAA CAR 66 B1 Category license (or equivalent from your civil aviation authority).
  • •Demonstrate in-depth airframe and engine systems maintenance knowledge.
  • •2+ years’ experience certifying maintenance on Airbus A320/A321 family aircraft.
  • •5+ years’ experience in a Line/Base Maintenance environment.
