Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, develop, and maintain project schedules aligned to project and client requirements.
  • •Establish and administer Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associated coding structures.
  • •Prepare project status and progress reporting, including weekly and monthly project controls reports.
  • •Analyze schedule progress and performance, including float, critical path, constraints, and variance/slippage against baselines, recommending recovery actions.
  • •Monitor and consolidate contractor schedules into an Integrated master schedule (IMS) and support mentoring/coaching and functional management of planning personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience specializing in planning and scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 (or MSP) and other planning and resourcing software.
  • •Ability to create and maintain project schedules and associated planning structures such as WBS and coding structures.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills, including stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and developing a team.
  • •Ability to make risk-based decisions under unclear parameters and navigate conflict situations.
