Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor responsibilities and learn the commodities handled while following company policy and government regulations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including required sampling and handling equipment.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery, and control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and lubrication tasks while inspecting for leaks.
  • •Maintain inventory quality and deliver products to customer sites while keeping work areas clean, orderly, and safe and reporting issues to a supervisor.
