Drive user acquisition and performance marketing across LATAM markets. You’ll lead and develop a team of UA managers, scale paid channels across Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, and DSPs, and improve efficiency using metrics like CAC, LTV, and retention. Own budget allocation and data-driven decisions on spend, continuously test channels and creatives, and identify new growth opportunities across verticals.
