Sales Associate, Seasonal

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences in a fast-paced seasonal retail role, using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies. Serve as a brand ambassador and follow Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
