Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supervision of structural works on large-scale building projects in Dubai.
  • •Review and approve structural shop drawings, calculations, method statements, material submittals, and temporary works proposals.
  • •Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality and progress, and coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
  • •Review RFIs, identify non-conformances, ensure corrective actions, and support the Resident Engineer with progress monitoring, reporting, and technical issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •12–15 years of post-graduate experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience supervising building construction projects in the GCC.
  • •Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel construction.
  • •Experience reviewing structural calculations and temporary works, with familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, and Trakhees requirements.
