Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform extensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of analytical materials for transaction execution.
  • •Analyze model outputs and client information to prioritize data, draw conclusions, and prepare insights for internal and client discussions.
  • •Conduct comprehensive company and industry research, including due diligence, and develop ongoing industry thought pieces for client presentations.
  • •Manage and maintain the online diligence repository to ensure transaction materials are accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • •Prepare and review detailed transaction marketing materials (including CIMs and management presentations) and assist with pitch and origination materials; support business development efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar role.
  • •Experience in the Industrial sector is preferred.

  • •Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
