Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability, performing routine maintenance and health checks.
  • •Configure, maintain, and enhance business applications to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
  • •Collaborate with vendors/technology partners to manage escalations, upgrades, patches, and issue resolution.
  • •Support application testing, deployment, release management, and change activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation and guide junior team members to drive secure, reliable, continuously improving operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst supporting and enhancing ERP, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or other complex business-critical applications.
  • •Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions and functional specifications.
  • •Experience delivering business/system/process analysis in complex enterprise environments and technology projects, including understanding of SDLC, application support, and change management.
  • •NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.
