Key Responsibilities

  • •Own content strategy across channels and run a consistent publishing engine from an editorial viewpoint.
  • •Create long-form content including original research, industry reports, white papers, and guides for compliance teams.
  • •Grow and manage the newsletter “Compliance Compass” with a monthly cadence and real subscriber base.
  • •Concept, produce, distribute, and grow the podcast, including guest selection and potential on-camera hosting.
  • •Use measurement to judge performance, double down on what works, and quickly stop what isn’t working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in content marketing, editorial, or journalism.
  • •Experience building content programs from the ground up with demonstrated results.
  • •Exceptional writer and editor with a strong point of view on what makes content great.
  • •Comfort hosting and producing content (on camera and behind a mic).
  • •Ability to translate complex technical/compliance subject matter clearly while ensuring every stat is sourced and defensible.
