Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete supplier RFQs and support supplier interactions for obsolescence compliance and training.
  • •Prepare supplier profiles for management and perform part analytics to assign parts to the proper commodity family.
  • •Perform buyer functions including creating, re-scheduling, and canceling POs per MRP; call suppliers for material status and expedite as needed.
  • •Resolve Accounts Payable issues related to PO invoice and receipt discrepancies, and mitigate excess POs and inventory through supplier negotiations.
  • •Provide material delivery updates to factory stakeholders and leadership and support supplier capacity and quarterly business review activities.
