Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute multi-year operational and commercial strategy aligned to customer needs and growth goals.
  • •Oversee full P&L performance, including annual plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts, and drive initiatives to improve profitability and cost competitiveness.
  • •Oversee end-to-end foundry operations (melting, molding, core making, finishing, maintenance, metallurgy) to deliver consistent, high-quality production.
  • •Drive Lean and continuous improvement to increase throughput, reduce scrap, improve labor efficiency, and enhance equipment reliability.
  • •Lead people, culture, and governance: build high-performing teams, partner on workforce planning/succession, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical sales, preferably in foundry, metal casting, or heavy industrial environments.
  • •Strong business acumen including P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • •Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams, including leadership development and organizational change.
  • •Experience driving safety performance and fostering a culture of accountability in a unionized environment, including participation in negotiations and labor-management relations.
