Job Summary

A Business Analyst with Wealth & Asset Management domain expertise will support wealth platform and operational uplift initiatives, translating business needs into structured requirements across platform integration and advisory/servicing transformation. You’ll work in Agile environments with front office, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless platform integration and operational enhancement, including TOM mapping and data requirements for system changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather, document, and refine business and data requirements across wealth platform and operations transformation initiatives
•Create and manage user stories and product backlogs, supporting sprint ceremonies within Agile environments
•Map current and target operating models (TOM), including onboarding, suitability, and servicing journeys within Private Banking and Wealth Management
•Define integration and data requirements to support platform interoperability and system change
•Work alongside technology teams and platform providers (e.g. Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin environments) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management (priority) or Asset Management
•Strong experience in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement and sprint collaboration
•Experience in operations mapping and wealth lifecycle processes such as onboarding, suitability, and servicing
•Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation and structured delivery artefacts
•Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
