Job Summary

Serve as lead Associate Relationship Advisor for a limited set of wealth management clients, partnering with the service team and internal resources to deliver high-quality fiduciary service. Coordinate daily account management tasks, maintain client communication, resolve issues, and develop advisory relationships. Build your knowledge of trust operations, tax and applicable laws, and fiduciary standards while supporting business development through client presentations and relationship building.

•Coordinate account management tasks, execute daily client activity, and manage written and verbal client communications.
•Partner with clients and advisors to understand client needs and goals and provide goals-driven wealth management and holistic advice.
•Maintain knowledge of governing documents and account agreements to support fiduciary service and issue resolution.
•Identify opportunities for relationship enhancement using internal resources and fiduciary knowledge, working collaboratively with internal and external advisors.
•Support business development by preparing/making client presentations and cultivating referral sources and centers of influence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,600 - 169,200 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years in fiduciary servicing and personal trust-related fields.
•Developing knowledge of fiduciary standards and financial products/services, tax, and applicable laws and regulations to service clients and administer accounts.
•College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience with client relationships and wealth planning issues preferred.
•Knowledge of trust operations and accounting systems usually acquired through related experience.
•Analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and sales skills to effectively service client relationships.
