Key Responsibilities

  • •Championing Authentic Guest Experiences: guide guests with care, curiosity, and intention; connect with every guest and educate them on products, experiences, local highlights, and Cotopaxi’s mission.
  • •Operations and Impact: restock and destock products; open/close the store; manage the point of sale system; foster an uplifting, collaborative store culture.
  • •Educate guests on products and our mission, sharing knowledge and experiences to help with their adventures.

  • •Create a high-impact and vibrant store experience to inspire guests to become fans of the brand.
