  • •Handle Accident Benefits claims in good faith in accordance with legislative requirements and best practices.
  • •Serve as primary contact for injured claimants, providing professional, empathetic guidance through the Accident Benefits process and collaborating with medical partners.
  • •Assess liability by gathering and analyzing facts, applying applicable law, and applying negligence principles; determine priority for commercial and personal lines accident benefit claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree with 2+ years of claims/insurance experience, or an approved Zurich apprenticeship track with an Associate Degree and 2+ years, or High School Diploma with 4+ years, or completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 2+ years.
  • •Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Microsoft Office experience.
  • •Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
  • •Experience with Accident Benefit claims (preferred), including MIG and handling up to non-catastrophic limits, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
