Specialist Inbound (f/m/d) @MYTHERESA

Support the inbound logistics team at the Leipzig warehouse by analyzing and resolving inbound clarification cases, verifying delivery documents and invoices, and creating goods receipts in the system. Monitor and escalate KPI deviations, improve workflows and quality standards, and coordinate with internal and external partners such as Purchasing, Finance, and freight forwarders. Prepare and run meetings and supervise smaller support teams while working in shifts.
