Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
  • •Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
  • •Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
  • •Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights and sourcing/process improvement projects with TA partners.
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting process efficiency and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing multiple tasks and functions.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • •1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (search firm or in-house recruiting) preferred.
