Develop and implement talent management and culture programs to support workforce priorities, including onboarding, goal setting, reviews, calibrations, promotions, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide training and consultation to managers, design program frameworks and communications, and drive effective implementation. Operate as a talent management subject matter expert, monitoring program effectiveness and anticipating risks to ensure adoption and sustained outcomes.

•Design and develop talent management and culture programs, frameworks, and resources; monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.
•Lead execution of talent management and culture initiatives, including facilitating implementation activities and supporting organizational change efforts.
•Create communications, presentations, and storytelling approaches to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of talent management and culture programs.
•Anticipate workforce needs and implementation/communication risks; develop solutions that support adoption and sustained outcomes.
•Provide training, consultation, and subject-matter expertise to managers on talent management and culture topics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, sociology, communications, human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
•P3: typically 5+ years in human resources with at least 2 years in the discipline area and experience engaging with employees and managers.
•P4: typically 8+ years in human resources with at least 2 years in the discipline area, engaging with employees, managers, and executives.
•PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred; other HR certifications are a plus.
•Demonstrated advanced skills in project management, facilitation/presentations, and analytical/problem-solving capabilities aligned to talent management and culture work.
