Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Construction Project Manager to ensure projects are completed to company/customer standards and quality expectations are met.
  • •Lead selected assigned tasks with limited oversight, including planning, analysis, and timely completion.
  • •Support HVAC installation and lifecycle work: installation, commissioning, diagnosis, repair, start-up, and site preparation/coordination.
  • •Maintain records and documentation for each job (daily time, progress, duration, paperwork, and cost data) and turn in required reports on time.
  • •Supervise installation technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; communicate with customers and provide technical support while maintaining safety and compliance.
