Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services.
  • •Conduct site walk-downs and inspections to verify installed commodities meet specifications, design, and applicable codes and safety regulations.
  • •Provide technical guidance to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders; review and approve mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure mechanical system integration and coordinate contractor execution of mechanical works.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, including at least 5 years in construction supervision for B&P projects.
  • •Proficiency with mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM tools.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical systems, building codes, and construction methodologies.
