Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and manage resources within and outside a cluster to minimize turnaround time.
  • •Assist resource and bench management practices to optimize planning, utilization, and reduce project risks and billing loss.
  • •Perform demand forecast and resource fulfillment activities, including resource connect, talent planning, and buffer management while tracking billing, deployment, and attrition trends.
  • •Maintain the employee skill database and support bench/new joiner induction to identify gaps and reskilling/upskilling needs.
  • •Use the RMG tool to create and log requirement status requests, source profiles internally and coordinate externally with the recruitment team. Hold weekly calls with portfolio leads.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • •Advanced MS Excel expertise to generate meaningful and timely reports.
  • •Strong data understanding and analysis to produce actionable insights.
