Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily and weekly sanitation tasks in the J2 department and support the overall condition of the plant.
  • •Operate the floor scrubber and follow daily maintenance checklist procedures.
  • •Operate the powered man-lift for rafter cleaning.
  • •Complete daily/weekly cleaning lists and maintain the Master Sanitation List (MSS)(MVP).
  • •Ensure compliance with HACCP, allergen, environmental, regulatory, customer demands, GMPs, sanitation, and production requirements while adhering to quality system standards.

  • •Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • •Problem-solving ability and aptitude for learning and professional growth.
  • •Ability to operate the floor scrubber and maintain its cleanliness (daily maintenance checklist).
