Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1/L1.5 (basic dev & incident management) and L2 support for integrations, data hub/data warehousing, and ELT/ETL processes.
  • •Create/test Informatica mapping tasks and task flows; debug issues and apply performance optimization techniques.
  • •Continuously optimize the platform for resiliency, uptime, and vulnerability resolution within SLA; monitor systems and incidents.
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot data platform issues across integrations, storage, security, networking, and data warehousing/pipelines.
  • •Own technical support operations including triage, response, coordination, escalation, documentation/SOPs, and limited mentorship for senior developers.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Power Center, UC4, and related support activities.
  • •3+ years analyzing issues (RCA), and fixing production bugs/enhancements, including alerts/monitoring setup.
  • •Experience helping with Informatica upgrades across non-prod, pre-prod, and prod environments; managing outages during migration, patching, and deployments.
  • •Strong Linux/UNIX command skills and hands-on experience in complex cloud-native, high-volume real-time/near-real-time data integration environments.
  • •Experience with data management/integration and writing SQL stored procedures (plus knowledge of data modeling and automation via shell scripts).
