Job Summary

Support the day-to-day execution of end user programs, focused on the DEWALT loyalty program (Impact Rewards) and Preferred Provider Agreements (PPAs). Serve as a front-line point of contact for end user and sales team inquiries, handle user/account support and troubleshooting, review and route requests for completeness, and produce standard reporting and dashboards to improve program visibility and execution.

•Support day-to-day administration of the DEWALT loyalty program (Impact Rewards), including user support, account maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and standard reporting.
•Support administration of Preferred Provider Agreements (PPAs), including tracking, documentation, status updates, routing, and responding to basic questions.
•Act as a front-line point of contact for end user calls and sales team inquiries related to program processes and how-to support.
•Review incoming requests for completeness and accuracy, follow up on missing information, and help ensure requests are ready for review and approval.
•Prepare standard reporting, dashboards, and reporting packages; maintain program documentation, process guides, job aids, and support materials.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
