Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full daily treasury operations cycle, including wire approvals, cash positioning, funding decisions, and accurate transaction settlement.
  • •Lead the team that settles FX and investment transactions and oversees activity across bank accounts.
  • •Handle operational exceptions, counterparty disputes, and time-sensitive funding decisions in close partnership with internal and external partners.
  • •Coordinate trade finance coverage requirements (e.g., guarantees and letters of credit) to ensure exposure is understood and covered.
  • •Maintain SOX compliance across treasury operations by preparing and owning audit results and ensuring controls are documented and implemented.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years of experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, or closely related financial operations.
  • •4+ years of management or leadership experience leading treasury operations or cash management teams.
  • •Proven ownership of daily treasury operations at scale, including multi-currency wire management and settlement.
