Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively monitors work queues and resolves incidents/requests in a timely manner within agreed SLA.
  • •Updates tickets with resolution steps and captures required details for immediate resolution.
  • •Investigates and analyses issues prior to or when they occur, logs incidents, and identifies root causes.
  • •Provides second-level support and supports L1 engineers with troubleshooting and triage.
  • •Executes changes with clear risk identification and mitigation plans, follows shift handover and escalation processes, and supports automation and disaster recovery testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Moderate experience with security infrastructure managed services and handling security-related incidents/requests.
  • •Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
  • •Moderate working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •Moderate experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT/computing qualification, or demonstrated equivalent work experience; relevant security certifications are required (CCNA required; CCNP in Security or PCNSE is good to have).
