Security Analyst - L2

Provide second-line security managed services for clients, ensuring security infrastructures and systems stay operational within SLA. Proactively monitor queues, investigate and resolve incidents/requests, update tickets, and identify root causes. Manage escalations, execute changes with risk/mitigation controls, support shift handovers, and collaborate with clients and internal resolver groups. Contribute to automation, knowledge improvements, and disaster recovery testing as needed.
