Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical and physical failure analysis for device anomalies, customer returns, and qualification failures.
  • •Apply advanced FA tools and systems (e.g., FIB/EDX, SEM, ion milling, CSAM, 2D/3D X-ray) and conduct lab-based testing.
  • •Analyze failures and test data to resolve failure mechanisms using Unix scripting (Bash/Python).
  • •Collaborate with process owners and Product teams to drive improvement actions and develop new FA techniques.
  • •Ensure lab safety, maintain +6S standards, prepare detailed FA reports with traceable records, and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills to determine failure mechanisms from test data.
  • •Ability to collaborate across all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • •Experience or internship in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • •Interest in applying AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving.
