Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical direction and oversight for roadway and bridge construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
•Mentor and develop staff while supervising field activities and coordinating with CDOT and contractors.
•Lead a multidisciplinary consultant team to deliver roadway and bridge projects and ensure successful project outcomes.
•Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to management decision-making, business development, and strategic growth of AECOM’s CM/CEI practice in Illinois.
•Support growth of transportation construction services across the region by actively participating in program management and delivery efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field with 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
•Valid driver's license is required
•Preferred: 8+ years of relevant experience in Civil/Construction; Highway and Interstate construction experience
•Professional Engineer (PE) license
•DOT/IDOT construction experience and knowledge (desirable)
