Radiological Control Technician, Level II

Monitor personnel and work areas to control radiation exposure at nuclear facilities, recommending monitoring devices, protective equipment, and work timing. Read, record, evaluate, and report data from radiation detection tools and air/bioassay sampling, investigating out-of-limits results. Calibrate instruments, operate low-background counting equipment, process TLDs, and perform lung counts, while supporting emergency response planning and activities.
