Job Summary

Lead cradle-to-grave delivery of high-voltage transmission EPC projects in a remote-capable PMO, coordinating across disciplines and client teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and safety. Drive proposals, cost estimates, and resource plans; maintain strong client relationships; ensure QA/QC and adherence to safety standards; oversee multiple sites across the US with a focus on electrical transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and communicate with all levels of management and disciplines throughout the project life cycle to support project cost and schedule objectives.
•Lead the development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
•Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management and control.
•Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients, technical leads, and business leaders, identifying emergent issues with scope, risk, and budget and mitigation strategies.
•Be the face of the firm for the client, developing long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management or Construction Management), Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or equivalent professional experience within an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
•10+ years of relevant post education experience in a project management role within our industry.
•3+ years of EHV transmission level voltage project experience (115kV up to 500kV).
•Cradle to grave EPC project management experience for transmission level voltage.
•Advanced proficiency with analytical and organizational skills, with business acumen to bridge the business and project management.
