Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience; for Truist Leadership Institute assignments, a relevant master’s degree is required.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in learning and development, leadership development, instructional design, organizational development, consulting, coaching, human resources, education, or related functions.
  • •Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, training program management, learning delivery, and learning effectiveness practices.
