Work on ByteDance’s Governance and Experience Algorithm team to detect and mitigate risks, violations, and low-quality content across e-commerce products, short videos, shopping carts, and live streaming. Build ML algorithms to identify fraudulent merchants and creators, improve large-scale deduplication/clustering, and support e-commerce-domain large model training (instruction fine-tuning, CoT, alignment). Explore reinforcement learning and operational research for smarter dispatch and audit scheduling.
