Lead and manage teams of Engineering Technicians and Controls Specialists supporting natural gas compressor facilities. Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and effective management to a team of Engineering Technicians and Controls Specialists.
•Supervise equipment and facility performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and guide safe operation, maintenance, testing, and repair.
•Lead decision-making for automation and electrical/instrumentation, including PLC programming and Wonderware HMI program enhancement.
•Analyze equipment failures using root-cause investigation and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Lead budgeting, planning, executing, forecasting, and environmental compliance efforts, including management of change (MOC) and support for project scopes and safety analyses.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma required; associate degree (or higher) preferred with 5+ years of related compressor station or power plant operations/maintenance and/or plant automation experience.
•Prior supervisory experience preferred, or at least 5 years maintenance experience with mechanical and pipeline systems related to engine analysis and equipment automation.
•Knowledge of natural gas compressor facility operations focusing on rotating equipment, controls, and facility systems (drivers including reciprocating engines, electric motors, and gas turbines; compressors including reciprocating/centrifugal).
•Strong understanding of plant control systems plus exhaust emissions and emissions testing requirements, and knowledge of applicable environmental regulations including Greenhouse Gas rules and OOOOa/b/c.
•Experience supporting automation and electrical/instrumentation controls, including Allen-Bradley PLC programming and Wonderware HMI (plus).
