Support daily Food & Beverage operations by assisting with food preparation and basic cooking under senior chefs. Rotate through kitchen sections while preparing, cooking, and serving food that meets quality and presentation standards. Measure ingredients and portions accurately, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness. Monitor stock using FEFO, perform temperature checks and labeling, and follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures to minimize waste and support food cost control.
