Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end implementation of Duckie for new customers from kickoff to a live AI agent deployment.
  • •Configure, test, and tune AI agents to hit resolution targets using real ticket data.
  • •Build and validate integrations with customer systems including Zendesk, Intercom, internal APIs, and knowledge bases.
  • •Partner with customer stakeholders to define success criteria and drive toward them.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as forward-deployed/solutions/implementation engineering or technical consulting.
  • •Strong hands-on ability writing code and working end-to-end with REST APIs and integrations.
  • •Experience with LLMs/AI agents, or strong aptitude to go deep fast.
  • •Excellent communication to translate messy requirements into clear plans and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • •Thrives in ambiguity and can self-direct to own outcomes without waiting for a full spec.
