Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead TeachMichigan’s educator development strategy across the educator continuum, including coaching systems, learning experiences, leadership development, and educator pathways.
  • •Own the coaching strategy end-to-end, including coach development, coaching quality, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with school and district leaders to align coaching and professional learning to proof point school priorities and measurable student outcomes.
  • •Design and strengthen educator pathways and communities, including Year 3 educator strategy, alumni engagement, and leadership pathways.
  • •Advance strategic initiatives and regional priorities through cross-functional leadership and data-informed strategic planning for statewide impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,700 - 107,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in educator development, instructional leadership, school leadership, district leadership, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated success designing and leading educator development, coaching, leadership development, or professional learning strategies that improve educator practice and student outcomes.
  • •Experience coaching educators, school leaders, or adult learners to achieve measurable growth.
  • •Experience using educator, participant, and student outcome data to inform decisions and continuously improve strategy and programming.
  • •Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and partner across schools, districts, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable results.
