Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement effective classroom, laboratory, and/or simulator training using SAT.
  • •Ensure training materials and presentations improve client group performance.
  • •Conduct training per nuclear training procedures, work instructions, and best industry practices.
  • •Create and revise training content and materials, incorporating nuclear and industrial operating experience.
  • •Evaluate student progress and course effectiveness using training evaluation tools, and update materials based on feedback and assessment results.

Key Requirements

  • •Use the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) to design, develop, and implement training with little or no direct oversight.

  • •Develop and maintain courseware, lesson plans, OJT, and Task Performance Evaluation (TPE) materials.
  • •Maintain instructor and technical qualifications for assigned operations/technical discipline and support required training programs.
