Nuclear Operations Instructor (Newport, MI, US)

Designs, develops, and delivers effective classroom, laboratory, and simulator training for nuclear operations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) with minimal oversight. Ensures training materials and presentations improve client group performance, coaches and mentors students, and works with line organizations to address emerging performance needs. Conducts training per nuclear procedures and best practices, builds courseware and OJT/TPE materials, evaluates progress, and updates training based on feedback and operating experience.
