Key Responsibilities

  • •Build customer and market insight through research, customer conversations, usage signals, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback.
  • •Define positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and the product story for the Billing product group.
  • •Lead launches and commercial initiatives from early strategy through readiness, channel activation, adoption, advocacy, and learning.
  • •Build go-to-market plans across relevant channels with clear audiences, owners, trade-offs, and measures.
  • •Equip internal teams and partners with product stories, talk tracks, proof, and practical guidance; bring insight into product, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
