Job Summary

Lead partner marketing strategy and execution for ANZ focus partners, owning joint campaigns, co-branded asset development, and MDF-funded initiatives. Serve as a primary partner contact, supporting relationship maintenance, in-region events, and partner success storytelling. Drive demand-generation programs, lead sharing, and performance measurement through ROI tracking and feedback loops. Partner with Sales and Marketing Pod teams to integrate partner messaging into global and theater GTM plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns (webinars, events, digital advertising).
•Develop co-branded assets such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and social media content.
•Manage MDF funding support for partner-led marketing initiatives and coordinate with regional partner marketing stakeholders.
•Serve as primary partner marketing contact, maintain relationships, and build and run in-region events and partner forums in ANZ.
•Drive demand generation and reporting by facilitating lead sharing, tracking ROI (pipeline, revenue, adoption), and improving programs using feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
•Deep understanding of business value propositions and partner positioning to drive joint strategy and plans.
•Experience executing co-branded partner marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to manage partner-led marketing funding through Market Development Funds (MDF) processes.
•Proven ability to measure ROI and refine strategies using data and partner feedback.
