Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic and detailed engineering of instrumentation systems and execute field instrumentation projects.
  • •Prepare instrument design basis, general engineering specifications, and detailed engineering databases using latest software tools.
  • •Create control valve data sheets and field instrument datasheets/enquiry specifications (flow, level, pressure, temperature, analyzers).
  • •Support techno-commercial activities including technical bid analysis, vendor drawing review/approval, and evaluation of instrument offers.
  • •Supervise installation, calibration, DCS/PLC powering up, and instrument loop checking; ensure quality/safety compliance during engineering and site execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in basic and detailed engineering of instrumentation and control systems, including testing and commissioning.
  • •Hands-on experience using SPI Intools for instrumentation engineering.
  • •Experience sizing flow instruments and control valves using tools such as Conval and Flowcal.
  • •Domain knowledge in refinery, petrochemicals, pipeline, and oil & gas.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech) in Instrumentation and Control.
