Key Responsibilities

•Complete consulting assignments under an Engagement Manager, delivering project deadlines and deliverables while troubleshooting and resolving problems.
•Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them.
•Contribute to pitches and support existing clients with effective key account management.
•Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned tasks until completion and manage conflict and stakeholder interactions.
•Ensure team member development through coaching, mentoring, personal development, and training.

Key Requirements

•Operational insurance business and/or consultancy experience of more than 5 years.
•Apply project and program management methods, process development, and continuous improvement for transformation initiatives.
•Demonstrate a track record of insurance retail and/or commercial business knowledge, ideally in insurance brokerage domain expertise.
•Coordinate and drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects and workstreams from execution to delivery.
•Exhibit experience with change management, quality management, integration/re-organization, and training/lecturing, plus strong AI framework knowledge and AI adoption consulting.
