Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day supply assurance across assigned products and customer segments to protect scheduled shipment dates, project deployments, and shipment plan commitments.
•Drive resolution of supply, allocation, and distribution constraints through coordination with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution teams.
•Execute established order promising and allocation frameworks while elevating data-backed recommendations for prioritization and trade-off decisions.
•Deliver executive-level summaries of supply status, delivery risks, customer impacts, and recovery plans.
•Perform revenue, risk, and opportunity analysis across firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to inform leadership decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in Supply Chain with application across Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfillment.
•Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
•Experience with MRP/ERP systems and adherence to planning standards.
•Advanced data analysis techniques using Excel and ability to develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
