Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coach a team of PPMs to develop collective performance, skills, and cross-functional cooperation.
  • •Ensure procurement processes, rules, and best practices are applied within the team.
  • •Drive procurement performance for offers, projects, and products in the scope, tracking competitiveness, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Define and deploy the Business Line innovation procurement strategy in coordination with UWS teams in France and internationally.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders internally and with the supplier ecosystem around innovation and technological development.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering school degree and/or a Master’s specialized in procurement with a strong technical focus.
  • •More than 15 years of experience in an industrial environment or complex projects, ideally in procurement offers & projects, bid management, program management, or engineering.
  • •Proven people management experience, with ability to federate, support, and develop skills.
  • •Solid understanding of procurement processes, including commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • •Ability to engage very early in projects to support engineering and technical direction in their thinking.
