Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Energy and Natural Resources

Deliver end-to-end quantity surveying and cost management for Energy and Natural Resources projects, advising on procurement and contracting strategies while preparing and controlling cost estimates. Lead procurement activities, manage BOQs and estimating, certify interim payments, and oversee variations, change orders, and contract administration. Reconcile final accounts, support closeout and post-contract audits, and collaborate across clients, project managers, and the quantity surveying lead to achieve cost and commercial objectives.
