Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, integrate, and maintain the integrated project schedule (IPS) from start to finish, capturing task interdependencies and milestones.
  • •Establish and run the schedule development and maintenance process, including scope coverage, review/approval, and reporting distribution.
  • •Develop and maintain Level 1 and Level 2 schedules, integrate Level 3 schedules to produce the overall IPS, and track progress and forecasts.
  • •Define and align with Project Manager, Project Controls, and A/E/CM firms on WBS and activity coding; agree an initial WBS before scheduling work.
  • •Lead schedule trend analysis, determine risks, develop corrective action options, and support schedule contingency and key performance indicator (SKPI) reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Review the scope, project requirements, lines of responsibility, and project objectives/constraints to support effective delivery strategy.
  • •Identify major activities and the preferred sequence, and support translation of the project plan into the project schedule.
  • •Define and align on a work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity coding structure appropriate for the project, with flexibility across phases.
  • •Create and maintain a risk register to support schedule risk assessment.
  • •Lead schedule updates and provide schedule information via reporting workflows and schedule analysis.
