Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of technical strategy and operational goals to exceed expectations for product development, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • •Identify and resolve technical design and constructional problems.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and apply the company Health and Safety Policy.
  • •Manage the technical team on the project site, including directions, work plans, and daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
  • •Ensure quality of deliverables and produce necessary documentation and drawings; coordinate with statutory authorities and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong practical experience preparing detailed method statements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, policies, procedures, and material properties/availability.
  • •Excellent ability to organize and oversee preparation of technical drawings and maintain project management knowledge.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills preferred.
