Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support, servicing, and maintenance for HVAC systems, including data centre cooling solutions and mission-critical equipment.
  • •Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and cooling towers.
  • •Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance optimization for HVAC and data centre cooling systems.
  • •Lead and supervise technicians or subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks.
  • •Coordinate with data centre customers and vendors/contractors; support planning, documentation, reporting, and comply with EHS and quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably supporting data center operations or mission-critical cooling systems.
  • •Strong technical expertise in chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, HVAC system controls, and cooling optimization.
  • •Experience communicating with data centre customers and managing expectations in a high-demand environment.
  • •Based in Johor Bahru & Shah Alam and able to support regional operations as needed.
